These terms govern the use of Cuenta Kai, operated by Mauricio Zúñiga Cuéllar, NIT 94.060.281-1, Cali, Colombia · mauricio.zuniga@kaistrategylab.com.
What Cuenta Kai is: a single account (email and password) that identifies you across the products of the Kai family. When you use «Continue with your Cuenta Kai» in a product, you authorize Cuenta Kai to confirm your identity to that product (email, name, language and whether your email is verified).
Each Kai product has its own terms, prices and privacy policy, which you accept when you first enter that product. Cuenta Kai does not modify or replace those contracts: only the door is shared.
Your account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the activity that happens with your session. You can sign out of all linked products from your account page.
We may suspend an account upon reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse or a security risk to the product family or to other users. Suspension of Cuenta Kai prevents new sign-ins to the products; the data that already lives in each product is governed by that product's contract.
Cuenta Kai is free. There are no charges, subscriptions or renewals associated with the account itself.
Governing law and forum: Colombian law; any dispute is resolved before the judges of Cali, Colombia. Nothing written here limits the non-waivable rights that Ley 1480 de 2011 (the Colombian Consumer Statute) grants you before each product.
